You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Living with a chronic illness while also navigating eating disorder recovery can feel incredibly complicated. Medical recommendations, changing symptoms, food challenges and the emotional impact of living in an unpredictable body can leave many people feeling misunderstood or isolated.

Resilient Voices was created as a space where individuals can connect with others who understand these challenges. Together, we will explore the complexities of chronic illness and recovery while building community, compassion and resilience.

Resilient Voices is a small-group support program designed for individuals navigating chronic illness alongside eating disorder recovery.

This group provides a supportive environment to:

  • Share experiences with others who understand

  • Feel less alone in the challenges of chronic illness and recovery

  • Explore the impact of illness on food, body image and identity

  • Build coping strategies and self-compassion

  • Connect with a community that honors the complexity of your experience

Note: This is not a replacement for individual therapy, medical care or nutrition counseling, but rather an opportunity for connection and shared support.
